Kandidát je zkušený DevOps inženýr a AWS inženýr. Posledních 5 let intenzivně pracuje s cloudem a AWS. Poprvé se s ním však setkal asi před 8 lety. V současné době je součástí týmu, který má na starosti přepisování mikroslužeb a jejich následné nasazení na AWS. Připravuje ekosystém tak, aby vše bylo pro vývojáře co nejjednodušší. Před DevOps byl správcem Linuxu, ale jak řekl, je to totéž. Má zkušenosti s Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD Kafka. Má zkušenosti s agilními metodikami jako Scrum a Kanban. Jelikož pracuje pro americkou firmu, kde je hlavním komunikačním jazykem angličtina, nemá problém se tam domluvit. Má také zkušenosti s řízením šestnáctičlenného týmu.

09/2020 - current: Senior DevOPS engineer - Responsible for infrastructure, applications, and services integration. Utilized AWS, Terraform, Helm, Github, and Jenkins in a microservices architecture. Built infrastructure and CI/CD from scratch and integrated Kafka ecosystem.
12/2018 - 6/2020: IT Operations Manager - Led a team of Linux administrators, database specialists, and office support engineers. Managed production and development infrastructure within AWS native public cloud, implemented CI/CD integration and automation, and maintained network infrastructure. Successfully launched a mortgage platform in the Netherlands and collaborated on ISMS/ISO27001 and Service Management.
5/2015 - 11/2018: IT Operations Manager - Managed a team of Linux administrators, optimized team capacity, and maintained production infrastructure with over 1000 servers.
