Kandidát je zkušený vývojář v Javě s 11 lety zkušeností, ale poslední 3-4 roky se věnuje především jazyku Kotlin, ve kterém by rád pokračoval. Při studiu pracoval na plný úvazek. Dva roky také pracoval jako DevOps inženýr, když společnost migrovala celou svou infrastrukturu na AWS a Kubernetes. Kromě toho má zkušenosti se Spring, Spring Boot, JS. Co se týče agilních metodik, má zkušenosti se Scrumem, protože v práci mají 14 denních sprintů a retrospektiv. Komunikace v angličtině mu nedělá problém. V současné době vede tým 5 lidí. Předtím však pracoval i jako vedoucí týmu o 15 lidech. Preferuje menší firmy, které mají více agilních týmů. Korporace ho příliš nelákají.
