Kandidát je průměrný DevOps inženýr s tříletou praxí. Devět let pracoval jako správce Unixu, sedm let s AIX, dva roky s Linuxem a tři roky jako správce aplikací. Má zkušenosti s weblogicem HP-UX, hardwarem a databázemi (Oracle, DB2, MySQL). Programoval v prostředí Korn a Bash Shell. Je zvyklý pracovat v týmu, agilní metody mu nedělají problém.
