Automation Tester & Manual Tester & Test Analyst

Kandidát je tester s 15 lety zkušeností v oblasti obchodu. Během své kariéry se zabýval testováním a analýzou testů. Do budoucna je pro něj prioritou pozice zaměřená spíše na analýzu testů než na testování. V minulosti se zabýval především manuálním testováním. S automatizovaným testováním má zhruba roční zkušenost. Pracuje s nástroji, jako jsou Jira, HPQC a HP Quick Test Pro. Se Seleniem pracoval asi před rokem a půl a s rozhraním Soap UI má jen okrajové zkušenosti po dobu několika měsíců. Je držitelem certifikátu ISTQB Foundation Má přímé zkušenosti s agilními metodikami, naposledy pracoval v metodice Scrum. Z cizích jazyků ovládá angličtinu na komunikativní úrovni, rozumí základům němčiny. Preferované odvětví práce nemá, záleží spíše na projektu. V budoucnu by neměl problém pracovat jako Test Manager. V minulosti se touto pozicí také zabýval, ale bylo to pro tým 20 lidí, což je podle něj příliš. Uvažoval by o řízení menších týmů do cca 6 lidí.
