Kandidát je seniorní Java Developer s 20 lety zkušeností, který v současné době pracuje na Microservices v backendu. Používá frameworky Java, Workflow, Angina (formalismy) a BPMN. Rád by se dále věnoval moderním technologiím. Je pro něj důležité, aby kvalita kódu byla vysoká a aby výstup byl bez technického dluhu. Přestože je velmi samostatný, práce v týmu mu vyhovuje a je pro něj motivující i co se týče konzultací. Měl možnost pracovat jako vedoucí týmu a nepovažuje to za problém, když je vše dobře nastaveno. Agilní metody mu vyhovují. Zajímají ho dlouhodobé projekty a preferuje mezinárodní společnost, ale nebrání se ani české či slovenské firmě. Angličtinu ovládá na komunikativní úrovni a pracoval v mezinárodním týmu. Okrajově rozumí německy a je schopen porozumět textu v ruštině.
