Kandidát je IT specialista s více než 20 lety zkušeností, je komunikativní a týmový hráč. Mezi hlavní dovednosti patří Python, Java, PHP, kterými se zabývá v podstatě po celou dobu své kariéry. Samozřejmě sem patří i různé databáze, jako jsou SQL, PL/SQL a Oracle. Kandidát rád přináší do týmu nové znalosti a rozšiřuje možnosti na daném projektu. V minulosti měl možnost vést týmy a nemá problém ve vedení týmů pokračovat. Byl také mentorem mladších kolegů a pomáhal jim rozvíjet jejich znalosti. Agilní metody mu nedělají problém. V budoucnu by se rád věnoval více Pythonu.
