Dušan je začínající manažer kybernetické bezpečnosti, který tuto pozici zastává již více než rok v komerční praxi. Orientuje se spíše na procesní řízení a procesy než na to, aby byl technický typ a uměl něco nastavit. Vše nastavuje tak, aby to fungovalo v souladu se zákonem a platnou legislativou. Provádí audity na ministerstvu, dohlíží na dodržování předpisů, píše a navrhuje implementaci jednotlivých požadavků, vstupní školení a analýzu rizik, spolupracuje s externími firmami atd. S komunikací v angličtině nemá problémy a denně ji používá.
