Kandidát je business analytik, který na této pozici působí více než 5 let v komerční praxi. Zabýval se také IT analýzou, ale jak sám uvedl, není kódovací typ, baví ho spíše business analýza. Vytvářel obchodní plány pro obchodníky, počítal KPI a to, za co jsou placeni, navrhoval a navrhoval řešení a také řešil soudní spory, Jako obchodní poradce měl pod sebou 10 lidí a řešil komplexní obchodní řešení pro italský a skandinávský trh (denně komunikoval s klienty). Okrajově se věnoval také internímu auditu, který ho bavil a možná by se v něm chtěl dále rozvíjet. Má velké zkušenosti s prací v Excelu a používal také Cognos (nástroj pro reporting). Bez problémů se domluví anglicky.

Resolved incentive issues and conducted deep analysis of commissions. Generated ad-hoc reports for executives regarding achievements and payments.

Business Adviser for Italy (Apr 2017 - Nov 2017): Provided business directions to a team of incentive analysts for Italy. Offered advisory in complex cases and handled escalations. Advised on effective usage of sales plan schemes. Reconciled monthly achievement and payment reports and supported top management with ad-hoc reports.
