Kandidát je šikovný mladý full-stack vývojář, který se zaměřuje především na Angular a Node.js a ovládá také PHP. Na full-stack pozici pracuje od roku 2013. Na svém současném projektu zastává vedoucí roli a pracoval na BE i FE. Má na starosti celý proces projektu, architekturu, infrastrukturu nebo monitoring. Pracuje také s databázemi. Je zvyklý na agilní prostředí, zejména Scrum. Jeho angličtina je na velmi dobré úrovni. Vyhýbá se projektům zaměřeným na DevOps, má rád spíše programování než procesy a také fullstack pozice je pro něj nejzajímavější, protože vidí celý projekt.

• Leading a software development team in creating a project management application for the broadcasting media sector using Angular, NodeJS, Couchbase, Redis, RabbitMQ, Jest, Cypress, GraphQL, REST API, and Microservices.
• Working in an Agile environment with daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective meetings.
• Responsible for distributing work to developers, assisting them in solving tasks, and focusing on skill development, feature development, and codebase maintenance.
