Kandidát je zkušený tester, který se zabývá především manuálním testováním, s nímž má 4 roky komerčních zkušeností. V budoucnu by se rád věnoval automatizovanému testování, pro které absolvoval kurz, ale zatím nezískal žádné komerční zkušenosti. Na svém současném projektu pracuje především na testování černé skříňky s přístupy API a DB. Dokáže testovat všechny platformy. Ze skriptovacích jazyků zná Javu v kombinaci se Seleniem. Zná také SQL, Postman, Jira/Cofluence. Je zvyklý pracovat v mezinárodním prostředí, angličtinu ovládá na úrovni B/C1. Pracuje agilně a je pro něj důležité, aby agilně pracoval i nadále.
