Kandidát je velmi zkušený vývojář v jazyce Java s více než 15 lety zkušeností. Ve své kariéře se věnoval především vývoji back-endu pomocí jazyků Java, Spring, Hibernate a Python. Má však zkušenosti i s front end vývojem, kde používal HTML a CSS. Má zkušenosti s agilními metodami, konkrétně se Scrumem. Nemá specializované odvětví. S kolegy v USA absolvoval každodenní stand upy, takže jeho jazykové znalosti zahrnují velmi dobrou znalost angličtiny a základní znalost němčiny. V minulosti se podílel na mentoringu mladších kolegů a měl také možnost vést tým. Vedení týmu se nebrání ani v budoucnu.
