Business Analyst & Product Owner & Project Manager & Scrum Master

Kandidát je scrum master s tříletou praxí, ale rád by se zaměřil na pozice jako business analytik, Product Owner a Project Manager, protože pozice scrum mastera ho již nenaplňují. Chce být více v kontaktu s obchodní stránkou firmy a v kontaktu se zákazníkem. Baví ho práce s daty a analýzy, i když s nimi ve své skutečné práci nepracoval. Během studia napsal diplomovou práci, kde analyzoval data na sociálních sítích. Ze školy zná také teorii UML. Jako Scrum Master se také naučil velmi dobře pracovat a komunikovat s lidmi a získat si jejich důvěru, ať už se jednalo o vývojáře nebo manažery, se kterými pracoval. V současné době pracuje s týmy o 6 a 8 členech. Má však zkušenosti i s 11člennými týmy. Komunikace v angličtině mu nedělá problém.
