Scrum Master s 2,5 lety zkušeností v komerční sféře. Mezi jeho každodenní úkoly patří stand-upy s týmem, plánování, účast na Scrum ceremoniálech, práce s Jirou, Confluence. Má také na starosti koučování, motivaci, jeho cílem je zvýšit výkonnost, přidat práci hodnotu a dosáhnout efektivnějšího přístupu k trhu. V předchozích pozicích pracoval jako koordinátor testování a product owner. Jako koordinátor testů vedl tým výkonných pracovníků, kteří testovali nové verze, funkce, online verze her a další. Nějaký čas strávil také jako tester, pracoval na testování implementace Orgmanageru a také na testování změn v platformě elektronického obchodu. Má zkušenosti se Scrumem i Kanbanem. Jeho angličtina je na úrovni C1 a externě spolupracoval se zahraniční společností.
