Scrum Master

Kandidát je zkušený Scrum Master s pětiletou praxí. Kromě toho má zkušenosti jako produktový manažer a analytik. Na své současné pozici pracuje s desetičlenným týmem. Kromě toho spolupracuje s dalšími 3 týmy, komunikuje také s týmem regresního testování. Někdy také pracuje jako vlastník produktu nebo analytik. Má zkušenosti s UML, Enterprise architectem. Byla zodpovědná za přechod od vodopádu k agilnímu řešení. Plynně komunikuje česky a rusky. Posledních 7 let nepracovala v angličtině, ale ráda by se k ní vrátila, i když by potřebovala nějaký čas, aby se dostala do tempa, ale to by záleželo i na národnosti týmu (kvůli přízvuku).
