Na projektu pracuje 35 lidí. Je zodpovědný za všechny týmy a je hlavní kontaktní osobou pro distribuované týmy, které se nacházejí v USA a Indii. Pracuje na agilní transformaci a zavádění nových návyků. Má rád výzvy a umí komunikovat s lidmi. Komunikace v angličtině pro něj není problém. Má pouze základy němčiny.
