Kandidát je Scrum master s 2,5 lety zkušeností. Předtím však pracoval 5 let jako tester. Je zodpovědný za vedení a organizaci ceremonií, odblokování překážek. Kromě toho pracuje jako koordinátor týmu. Tým má 5 až 9 členů. Denně komunikuje v angličtině. Kromě toho by se měl docela dobře domluvit rusky. Předtím absolvoval kurz a také se doma učil čínsky.
