Kandidát je zkušený konzultant SAP, který na této pozici působí více než 13 let v komerční praxi. Již dříve pracoval na pozici Leader, ale vedení ho přestalo bavit a chtěl si od této role odpočinout, a tak začal něco vlastního v oblasti realit. Nyní je však odpočatý a připravený vrhnout se zpět do firemní praxe. Během své praxe se také naučil procesy obchodního analytika, protože často jako vedoucí SAP musel komunikovat se zákazníkem, prezentovat výsledky, dělat recenze apod. při své práci také používal několik analytických nástrojů. Je schopen komunikovat v angličtině na výborné úrovni. Je zvyklý řídit týmy lidí a komunikovat se zákazníkem. Umí vše udělat od začátku, napsat kód, implementovat, upravit, urychlit. Zadávat úkoly, vést a po vydání realease a postrelease kontrolu.
