Analyst & Business Analyst

Kandidát se zabývá IT, obchodní a procesní analýzou již 18 let. Na svém velkém projektu pracoval ve společnosti, která dodává software pro investiční banky. Měl na starosti několik bank a jeho úkolem bylo zachytit požadavky a vzniklé problémy, pochopit situaci a poté provést analýzu ve spolupráci s testery. Po skončení projektu pracoval na několika menších projektech (kvůli pandemii musel dočasně upravit svůj pracovní rozvrh). Velmi dobře se orientuje ve finančním sektoru, protože v něm má dlouholeté zkušenosti, a dokáže tak efektivně optimalizovat řešení pro klienta. Je zvyklý pracovat svižně a komunikovat v angličtině, kterou ovládá na úrovni B2+. V minulosti pracoval jako vývojář v jazyce Java.

2019-2022: Independent IT Consultant - Undertook various analysis, forensic analysis, consultations, and implementation projects for multiple companies, agencies, non-profit organizations, open-source projects, and individuals. 2018-2020: Senior Analyst - Analyzed requirements and prepared specifications for changes to a portfolio-management system for a bank. Projects included DMS extension, GDPR compliance, and investment advisory journey.

2013-2017: Senior Analyst and Consultant - Prepared business requirements specification for a new branch of a bank in Czechia. Successfully prepared a financial services company for internal audit of IT processes and services. Analyzed and compared various solutions for corporate e-banking for a bank.

2007-2012: Senior Software and Business-Process Analyst - Analyzed business needs, processes, and software requirements for customers and users in the financial industry. Produced business-process models, software project visions, and specifications. Participated in pre-sales activities, advised purchasers and software vendors, and managed small software development projects.

2010-2011: Business Consultant - Reviewed and approved vendor's analytical documents and integration specifications for the implementation of a new core banking system and data migration for a bank.

2009-2010: IT Consultant - Analyzed and negotiated the needs of two HQ departments and coordinated their migration for the IT platform migration project for a bank.

2004-2007: Product Manager and Analysis and Design Authority - Managed three banking back-office products, negotiated changes with key account managers, led internal projects for product advancement and integration capabilities, and collaborated with marketing and customer-support departments.
