Zkušený Senior Delivery Manager, který na této pozici pracuje od roku 2012. Ve svém předchozím projektu měl na starosti reporting a analýzu výkonnosti poskytovatelů, zlepšování procesů, odstraňování chyb, připojování zákazníků do sítě mimo USA a řešení horkých kauz, zároveň byl také relačním manažerem, kdy dodával výsledky, dohlížel, zda je vše plněno dle smlouvy, hledal možnosti lepší spolupráce a řešil záležitosti přímo s dodavatelem. Nemá problém s angličtinou, protože v minulosti spolupracoval i s mezinárodními korporacemi. Přestože neovládá němčinu, má zkušenosti i s německými dodavateli, se kterými se vždy dokázal domluvit.
