Na své předchozí pozici měl na starosti školení, týdenní hovory se zákazníkem, řešení problémů, vyjednávání podmínek, HR procesy a nábor zaměstnanců. Nemá problém s komunikací v angličtině, umí i německy, ale musel by si na ni zvyknout, protože v ní dlouho nekomunikoval, rád by se znovu domluvil německy, protože by to byla velká příležitost ke zlepšení.
