Na začátku své kariéry začínal jako projektový manažer, až se v průběhu let vypracoval na pozici Service Delivery Manager. Na své předchozí pozici měl na starosti zajištění provozu projektovým manažerem, kontakt s klienty, budování nových projektů, cenotvorbu, reporting a provoz. Velmi dobře ovládá anglický jazyk, po celou dobu své kariéry komunikoval v angličtině. S němčinou je to trochu horší, německy se domluví, ale psát v ní neumí.
