Uchazeč je technický projektový manažer / vlastník produktu se zkušenostmi v oblasti správy identit. Od července 2018 pracuje ve společnosti Red Hat Czech s.r.o., kde úzce spolupracuje s produktovými manažery, vytváří funkce, plánuje sprinty, vyhodnocuje rizika a komunikuje se zainteresovanými stranami. Má zkušenosti s agilním prostředím s využitím Scrumu, Jiry, Confluence a Google Docs. Předtím pracoval jako demonstrátor ve Hvězdárně a planetáriu Brno, kde pozoroval noční oblohu a poskytoval výklad veřejnosti. Má také zkušenosti jako inženýr kvality a softwarový inženýr, pracoval na projektech správy identit. Kandidát má magisterský titul z teoretické fyziky na Slezské univerzitě v Opavě a bakalářský titul z astrofyziky. Hovoří plynně česky a anglicky a ovládá práci s počítačem v různých programovacích jazycích a technologiích. Kandidát absolvoval školení Základy agilního přístupu, Pragmatický marketing a Klíčová konverzace. Je držitelem řidičského průkazu (skupina B).
