Kandidát je zkušený projektový manažer, který pracuje na kombinované pozici projektového manažera v komerční praxi již více než 15 let. Zastřešuje plánování, iniciaci projektů, zadávání úkolů, dále vykonává práci analytika - analýzy a dokumentace, návrh používaných analytických postupů, dále se věnuje vývoji GUI a JavaScriptu + manuálnímu a poloautomatickému testování - psaní testovacích skriptů, regresní testy a skriptované testování, kde využívá nástroj pro volání metod. Anglicky se domluví pouze písemně, protože vždy pracoval pro slovenské zákazníky a Ministerstvo vnitra. Při své práci aktivně využívá agilní metodiky, zejména Scrum a Kanban.
