Kandidát pracuje v systému Pega již 11 let. V současné době zastává roli vedoucího systémového architekta a podílel se na všech technických návrzích a implementaci, navrhování dat, podpoře vývoje. Projekt, na kterém pracuje, je aplikace pro financování nemovitostí, která umožňuje zákazníkům získat půjčku. Zabývá se vytvářením rozhraní API, revizemi kódu, reportováním dat atd. Kromě toho je také zodpovědný za koordinaci s off-shore týmy a za vedení a mentoring interních týmů. Je zvyklý pracovat v agilním prostředí s využitím Scrumu. Hovoří plynně anglicky.
