Kandidát je v současné době seniorní softwarový vývojář s 10 lety zkušeností v jazyce Python. Pracoval na aplikaci Identity and Access Management, která se týká zabezpečení při přihlašování a přístupu k datům. Tato platforma umožňuje uživatelům přiřadit určitá oprávnění a na jejich základě může uživatel získat různé informace. Používal Python, Django, JavaScript a Linux. Společnost se rozhodla projekt zastavit, takže v současné době pracuje s Javou. Kromě toho je zvyklý pracovat v agilním prostředí s využitím Scrumu a Kanbanu. V rámci své seniorské pozice má za úkol pomáhat a učit mladší kolegy. Hovoří plynně anglicky a neformálně holandsky (ne na pracovní úrovni).
