Manual Tester & Test Analyst

Zkušený manuální tester s více než čtyřletou praxí. Na svém posledním projektu se podílel na manuálním testování mobilních a webových aplikací, kde zaznamenával a ověřoval chyby, předvídal možné problémy a testoval v rámci požadavků. Preferuje dlouhodobou spolupráci. V minulosti vedl malý tým a v budoucnu by se rád stal vedoucím týmu. Co se týče jazykových znalostí, může nabídnout angličtinu na pokročilé úrovni.

Tester/Helpdesk/BO (2018 - 2022):

• Prepared for testing by discussing potential issues with project leaders and identifying possible complications.
• Developed and executed test scenarios, highlighting critical errors, providing recommendations, and monitoring bug development.
• Interacted with clients, developers, and third parties to address challenges arising from inexperience, lack of knowledge, or other perspectives.
• Communicated with colleagues and newcomers in the testing field, offering support and guidance.
• Generated reports and feedback to improve the quality of the product.

Support (2017 - 2018):

• Assisted government officials in troubleshooting and testing programs aimed at enhancing organizational performance.
• Engaged in effective communication with individuals while adhering to regulations and maintaining databases.
• Managed essential materials and performed minor hardware repairs and maintenance.
• Gained insight into the challenges faced by public administration.
