Kandidát pracuje jako vývojář systému Pega téměř 8 let. V současné době pracuje na projektu Pega pro pojišťovnu. Je zodpovědný za řešení problémů s pokrytím všech pojištění v případě nehod. Pracuje s Pega 8.5 a využívá také všechny funkce Rega, jako je například integrace. Je zvyklý pracovat v agilním i vodopádovém prostředí. Ve své předchozí funkci získal zkušenosti s mentoringem a výukou juniorního týmu vývojářů. Hovoří plynně anglicky a umí číst a trochu rozumět holandsky.
