Kandidát je zkušený analytik, který na této pozici v IT sektoru působí již více než 5 let v komerční praxi. Má také více než 8 let zkušeností s produkty BPM (Adobe, IBM). Jeho zkušenosti se týkají především návrhu, instalace a konfigurace infrastruktury. Mezi jeho hlavní úkoly patří - sběr požadavků, návrh architektury, tvorba diagramů UML, návrh integračního rozhraní, návrh zpracování a ukládání dat, analýza end-to-end a návrh procesů. Zajímají ho spíše dlouhodobé projekty (více než 1 rok). Při své práci aktivně využívá agilní metodiky, zejména Scrum a Kanban - je také držitelem certifikátu Scrum Master. Nejvíce zkušeností má s projekty v bankovním sektoru. S komunikací v angličtině nemá problémy a denně ji používá.

Responsibilities included implementation and analysis of business processes, BPM solution architecture and design, requirements gathering, infrastructure installation and configuration, and integration with IBM Filenet. 2012-2013: Created a new registry system as a product for Slovak universities in the public sector. As the chief BPM developer and consultant, tasks included implementation and analysis of business processes, BPM solution architecture and design, requirements gathering, infrastructure installation and configuration, and performance tuning. Integrated with IBM Filenet. Technologies used: IBM BPM v8.0.1, Adobe LiveCycle ES3.

2013-2014: Automated the execution process for a bank. As the chief BPM developer and consultant, responsibilities included implementation and analysis of business processes, BPM solution architecture and design, and performance optimization. Technologies used: IBM BPM v7.5.

2014: Created a new core application in a bank to administer customers and their products. As a BPM developer and consultant, tasks included IBM BPM development and configuration, implementation and analysis of business processes, and requirements gathering. Responsible for the core process of creating new customers. Technologies used: IBM BPM v8.0.1.

2015: Merged logic from several Excel sheets into one web application. As an analyst, team lead, and developer, responsibilities included analysis and requirements gathering, as well as implementation of the front end and back end. Technologies used: Java (Spring, Primefaces, Hibernate), Tomcat v7.

2015-2016: Collected transport information from multiple sources, processed it, and published it. Created a portal for public use. As an analyst, tasks included analyzing input and output Datex2-related sources, designing input and output Datex2-related interfaces, analyzing input TLsoip sources, designing and implementing TLsoip interface, and optimizing data processing. Technologies used: XML, Datex2, TLsoip, ESB, DB2, Java.

2016-2017: Home Credit China - Adjusted an existing implementation from another region in the consumer finance domain. As an analyst, responsibilities included impact analysis for new business requirements and analysis and design of new interfaces between the core application and external systems. Technologies used: UML, SQL, Java, .NET, VB6.

2017-2018: Home Credit CZSK GDPR - Adjusted existing systems to satisfy the needs of the General Data Protection Regulation in the consumer finance domain. As an analyst, tasks included analysis and design of interfaces between existing systems. Technologies used: UML, SQL, Java, .NET, VB6.

2018: Innovation Labs - Developed, analyzed, and designed new bank processes for VUB. As a BPM developer and analyst, responsibilities included using IBM BPM 8.5.5, UML, Java, and ESB technologies.

2018-2019: Datahub - Analyzed the batch processing of a bank for Sberbank. As an IT analyst, tasks included analyzing the bank's batch processing and using Biztalk, C#, and TSQL technologies.

2019: Talentway - Created an academic social network for learning, knowledge sharing, and cooperation with companies for the University of Economics in Bratislava. As an IT analyst, responsibilities included using PHP and Visio technologies.

2019-2020: Digital Bank - 365 Bank - Created a new digital bank for 365 Bank. As an IT analyst, tasks included analyzing the project and using Java, Webmethods, and Enterprise Architect technologies.
