PHP Developer & Scrum Master

Kandidát je zkušený vývojář PHP s pětiletou praxí v komerční sféře. Pracuje převážně s frameworkem Nette a pracoval také s Laravelem. Na svém posledním projektu používal především PHP 5.2-7.3, Zend, Laravel, Lumen, Redis, Node.js, RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, Logstash, Mysql, Postgress, MSSQL. Do roku 2019 pracoval přibližně 5 let jako Scrum master. Byl zodpovědný za řízení týmu vývojářů na interním projektu, vedení a organizaci sprintů, sprint review, plánování a retrospektivy. Implementoval nástroje pro zefektivnění scrumu, navrhoval zlepšení procesů, koučoval tým. Jeho znalosti anglického jazyka jsou na pokročilé úrovni. V němčině jsem začátečník.

March 2017 - January 2019: Programmer - Developed a personalized mailing application using Docker, Elasticsearch, Logstash, RabbitMQ, MySQL, PHP/Nette.

September 2016 - March 2017: PHP Developer - Developed and maintained web portals using Nette/Postgres/MySQL.

January 2016 - June 2016: PHP Developer - Developed an article aggregator for Centrum Bydleni.cz using Laravel framework. Managed server administration and deployment automation for Lépe Bydlet - Josef Drobílek.

September 2015 - November 2016: Scrum Master - Managed a development team for an internal project. Led sprint planning, review, and retrospectives. Introduced tools for scrum efficiency and coached the team.

February 2015 - June 2016: Project Manager, Agile Leader - Managed suppliers and software development, oversaw agile processes between the team and suppliers for the project Veřejné Sociální Sítě Sousede.cz.

September 2014 - March 2015: Scrum Master, Project Manager - Transitioned project team to agile methodology (Scrum) and managed Scrum on projects.

September 2012 - September 2014: IT Manager, Scrum Master - Led the IT department, planned projects, and led web application development in the real estate field. Also coordinated activities with the web marketing department and provided IT and client support.

May 2010 - September 2012: Ad Publishing Supervisor - Responsible for delivering services to clients in print and online media. Managed the DTP and IT departments, analyzed and developed new tools and technologies, and provided expertise in technology procurement and outsourcing.
