Kandidát je projektovým manažerem více než 2 roky, ale předtím pracoval i na nižších pozicích ve firmě, kde působí již delší dobu, a proto zná více procesů v organizaci. Začínal také jako zástupce projektového manažera (3 měsíce) a nyní jako projektový manažer řídí tým 30 lidí. Jeho anglický jazyk je pokročilý (plynulý).
