Kandidát je zkušený testovací manažer s více než čtyřletou praxí v oblasti obchodu. Staral se o celkové zabezpečení a strategii projektu, řídil testy na začátku projektu, připravoval výstupy, dokumentaci. Vedl několik vedoucích týmů, na jiném projektu vedl několik týmů o 2-4 lidech. Začínal jako tester, testoval převážně ručně. Jeho angličtina je na komunikativní úrovni. Pracoval agilně se Scrumem.
