Project Manager

Kandidát je zkušený tester, ale také manažer testování. Testování se věnuje již 5 let. Testoval manuálně, ale také automatizovaně. Od samého začátku měl na starosti proces automatizovaného testování, kde školil a vedl 8 mladších kolegů a vytvářel návrhy testů. V současné době se podílí na tvorbě testovací strategie, řízení testovacích fází, každodenní komunikaci s klienty. Jeho angličtina je na velmi dobré úrovni, denně komunikuje s partnery z Finska. Pracuje agilně s metodou Scrum.

01/2019 - now: QA Test Manager - Responsible for creating testing strategy, managing testing phases, and daily communication with clients. Also involved in project management and managing deployments to customer environments.

10/2015 - 12/2018: Tester / Test Automation Engineer - Controlled and executed automated tests, created test designs, prepared testing data, and executed manual tests. Completed trainings in performance testing, PL/SQL, and automated testing using Selenium IDE. Also completed test management and long-term test architect programs.

09/2013 - 12/2013: Production and Processing of Technical Plastics - Involved in the production and processing of technical plastics.

Languages: Native speaker in Czech, B2 level in English, basic level in Spanish.

Skills: Certified Tester Foundation Level in Software Testing (ISTQB), Oracle certified in design and programming with SQL, knowledge in computer networking (Cisco CCNA 1 and 2, Cisco Internet of Everything), and experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
