Kandidát je vývojář, který má více než 5 let zkušeností s programováním v PHP, z toho asi 1,5 roku ve frameworku Symfony. Při své práci aktivně využívá agilní metodiky, zejména Scrum. Bez problémů se domluví anglicky - byl i členem zahraničních týmů. Na projektu nepreferuje vývoj e-shopu, spíše ho zajímá zpracování dat v reálném čase a vývoj hardwaru. S kolegou také založil startup, kde vedl týmy 3-4 vývojářů.
