Kandidát je zkušený vývojář v jazyce Java, který programuje v jazyce Java již více než 18 let. V současné době programuje také v jazycích React (2 roky) a Angular (0,5 roku). Je obeznámen s agilními metodikami a používá Scrum. Pracoval jako vedoucí týmu, vedl tým 4 a více lidí. Rád by pracoval na nových inovativních technologiích. Na projektech komunikoval převážně v angličtině, ale také v němčině.
