Kandidát je zkušený vývojář v jazyce Java s více než čtyřletou komerční praxí. Nejpoužívanější frameworky jsou FE AngularJS, BE Spring development, Spring Boot. Anglický jazyk používá pouze písemně, hůře se mu mluví. Preferuje dlouhodobé, ale i krátkodobé projekty. Z agilních metodik používá Scrum.
