Kandidát je full-stack vývojář se 17 lety zkušeností s komerčním programováním v jazyce Java v praxi i mimo ni. Poslední roky se věnoval především frontendovému vývoji v Angulare a Reactu, ale vždy pracoval i na backendu (Java, Node.js). S Angularem má asi 2 roky zkušeností a s Reactem 1,5 roku. Považuje se za stejně zkušeného v obou technologiích. Má zkušenosti s agilními metodikami, figuroval i jako Scrum Master. Z cizích jazyků ovládá angličtinu na komunikativní úrovni, němčinu na úrovni B2 a v únoru 2020 plánuje získat certifikát.
