Kandidát je zkušený vývojář v jazyce Java s více než 15 lety zkušeností v komerční sféře. Preferuje práci v rámci architektury Microservices, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, Kotlin a orchestrace. Je zběhlý v Hibernate, PHP, JavaScriptu, PL/SQL, Oracle a mnoha dalších. Má bohaté zkušenosti s agilní prací. Již 4 roky pracuje v mezinárodním týmu, takže domluvit se anglicky pro něj není problém. Má pasivní znalost německého jazyka. V minulosti zastával také pozici team leadera, kde vedl tým 3 vývojářů.
