Kandidát je vývojářem .Net již 10 let. V rámci svého současného projektu vyvíjí systém pro správu techniků v terénu. Pracuje na implementaci nových funkcí, opravě chyb a podpoře. Účastní se schůzek architektů. Na backendu používá Javu, na frontendu Angular. Co se týče technologií, má zkušenosti s .Net, C#, Vue.js, Bitbucket, .Net core, REST, Jira, Confluence, Selenium, MS-SQL, SQLite, Visual Studio, ReSharper, Azure DevOps, WPF, Entity framework, Dapper, PL/SQL, IIS, Docker, API, Cucumber, Jasmine, Xamarin. Běžně mentoruje nové a mladší kolegy. Jeho angličtina je na velmi dobré úrovni, takže práce v mezinárodním týmu pro něj není problém. Z agilních metodik používá Scrum i Kanban.
