Kandidát je zkušený vývojář, který v současné době pracuje v prostředí .NET a C/C++. Má 1 rok zkušeností s .NET v komerční praxi, hlubší znalosti v C/C++ a v praxi působí cca 7 let. Během studia získal také znalosti o vestavných systémech, ale při práci neměl mnoho příležitostí. V současné době také programuje ve Visual studiu, kde získal 3 roky zkušeností. Pracoval v agilním týmu a také řídil malý projekt. Má velmi dobrou znalost anglického jazyka, a to jak komunikační, tak písemnou, na úrovni B2.
