Jirko je velmi zkušený vývojář s 31 lety praxe. Nejraději pracuje s backendovými technologiemi, nejvíce zkušeností má s Pythonem, Linuxem, Unixem, SQL a C. Má rád agilní metodiku, ale na svých projektech většinou používal Waterfall. Jeho angličtina je na velmi dobré úrovni, ruština a němčina jsou pasivní, v minulosti pracoval v Německu a potřeboval by pohovor. Má velké zkušenosti s vedením týmů, pracoval jako manažer i ředitel, je dokonce certifikovaným koučem. Mimo zaměstnání externě vyučuje na vysoké škole. Nemá preferovanou oblast práce a je otevřený krátkodobým i dlouhodobým projektům.
