React Developer

Kandidát je zkušený frontendový vývojář, který programuje v Javascriptu (React) již více než 4 roky v komerční praxi. Předtím se 2 roky věnoval především vývoji v PHP - Zend2 + MongoDB. Má také zkušenosti s React Native, ale pouze s prezentačními weby. Pracoval také na 2 menších projektech IoT, které běží převážně na Nodejs, využívají MongoDB a Angular, ale ty zatím nejsou v produkci. Při své práci aktivně využívá agilní metodiky, zejména Scrum a Kanban. Umí komunikovat v angličtině na technické úrovni - čte a píše technickou dokumentaci. Zajímala by ho zejména práce s moderními technologiemi na projektech, které mají dopad na firmu.

June 2019 - June 2020: React Frontend Developer
Worked on an anti-doping back-office application in a team of 6 developers. Developed a TypeScript React app using Redux and Sagas, styled with styled-components, and connected to a REST API. Tested the application using Jest and Cypress.

September 2018 - June 2019: Software Product Engineer
Worked for an IT agency focusing on product development. Created mobile-first web apps from scratch using ReactJS, GraphQL, and Laravel on the backend. Some projects were built as PWAs and offline-first, utilizing styled-components, Apollo/Relay, and various tools for testing and deployment.

February 2018 - September 2018: React Front-end Engineer
Refactored a React B2C app for a wellness and spa booking system. Created a React implementation of the spa application and worked on the B2B app. Rewrote the old jQuery implementation of the calendar and employee management interface.

September 2017 - February 2019: Software Engineer
Worked on a project involving ReactJS and GraphQL. Created an admin SPA for house management and a client PWA for house details. Collaborated with a friend on this project.

November 2016 - September 2017: Software Engineer
Part of a team maintaining a customizable internet-banking platform. Customized a white-label SPA based on the Ember framework, using SASS for UI and REST API for data fetching. Developed soft skills, learned Scrum and Agile methodologies, and gained experience in unit testing and project setup.

July 2016 - November 2016: IT Guy
Created a device for measuring and analyzing prototypes of a new eco-friendly flushing system. Developed a small Node.js app (+ Cylon.js) to read physical sensors and run automated flushing cycles. Implemented a UI in AngularJS for engineers to view, replay, and export flushing cycles.

July 2015 - June 2016: Software Engineer
Worked on a startup project to create a "hi-fi modular audio router/effect." Developed a B2B customer platform in PHP using the PalconPHP framework. Also worked on the Angular UI controller for managing the device. Involved in creating a custom embedded Linux-based OS using the Yocto build tool.

June 2014 - March 2015: PHP Web Developer
Worked on e-commerce and warehouse projects using PHP (Zend 2) and MySQL. Maintained and used a custom CMS to create commercial web pages.
