Kandidát je tester, který má zkušenosti s manuálním i automatizovaným testováním, ale nepíše vlastní automatizované testy. Pracoval také s různými databázemi a má středně pokročilou znalost jazyka SQL. Umí programovat pouze jednoduché kódy HTML. Provádí také různá školení uživatelů na projektech, dokumentaci a podporu. V komunikaci v angličtině je na pokročilé úrovni a umí také základy španělštiny.
