Uchazeč má 5 let zkušeností jako tester a více než 3 roky zkušeností s analýzou testů. Teoreticky zná Scrum a neměl by problém s projektem, kde se používá. Psaná angličtina mu nedělá problém, ale potřeboval by zlepšit ústní angličtinu. Na své poslední pozici řídil malý tým lidí a zajímá se o bankovnictví.
