Kandidát pracuje v oblasti zajištění kvality již 14 let. Posledních 11 let byl vedoucím a manažerem. V budoucnu chce pokračovat na pozicích vedoucího oddělení QA nebo vedoucího oddělení QA. V minulosti vedl týmy 10 až 25 testerů. Ideální pozicí by bylo navrhnout a vybudovat oddělení QA od základů a následně ho řídit. Pracuje agilním způsobem, kdy u větších projektů používá Scrum, u menších Kanban a občas se setkává s vodopády. Má zhruba 13 let zkušeností v maloobchodě, ale nebrání se ani jiným odvětvím.

QE Manager (04/2014 - till now): Managed a team of up to 25 Quality Engineers (QEs) in testing the point of sale (POS) solution. Responsible for performance reviews, capacity planning, resourcing, hiring, training, and team structure. Coordinated with off-shore teams and other QE managers globally.
