Kandidát je tester, který má 5 let zkušeností s komerčním testováním a 3 roky zkušeností s vedením testů. Připravoval a vytvářel především testovací scénáře, prováděl analýzy, pracoval na systémových a integračních testech, testoval mobilní aplikace. Vedl také tým 4 juniorních testerů, měl na starosti nábor lidí. Pracoval v agilních týmech Scrum i Kanban. Angličtinu ovládá na komunikativní úrovni, ale nepoužívá ji často.
