Martin je zkušený tester se sedmiletou praxí v komerční sféře. Věnuje se především manuálnímu testování, ale vytváří i vlastní testy, které následně automatizuje. Pracuje s nástroji jako Jira a Spira. Má také zkušenosti s analýzou testů a se všemi projekty. Vytvářel a upravoval testovací data. Řešil zadané změny, vytvářel požadavky a upravoval starý kód. Z agilních metodik zná Scrum a je certifikován v této metodice. Jeho angličtina je na komunikativní úrovni, ale potřebuje se na ni časem vrátit. Preferuje dlouhodobější projekty.
