Kandidát je seniorní tester/validační inženýr, který se testování věnuje více než 6 let v komerční praxi. Používá manuální i automatizované testování (Java, Spring, Tomcat, Postgresql, Maven, C#, Python, Bash...). Na projektech se setkal také s využitím agilních metodik, zejména Scrum a Kanban. Anglicky se domluví bez problémů, používal ji denně. Na několika projektech pracoval jako vedoucí týmu/mentor juniorních testerů.

Mentoring new colleagues and test planning were also part of the job.
