Analyst & Architect

Kandidát je IT architekt, který na této pozici působí více než 4 roky v komerční praxi. Naposledy stál u zrodu oddělení podnikové architektury a strategie. Podle rozdělení odpovědností EA byl zodpovědný za datovou architekturu a bezpečnostní architekturu. V EA absolvoval řadu školení - Archimate, TOGAF, SOA, ... Jako architekt byl navrhovatelem/schvalovatelem a sponzorem změn v IT strategii a architektuře z pohledu datové architektury. Prakticky se to promítlo do projektů s dopadem na datovou architekturu - eliminoval rizika, ať už z pohledu HW infrastruktury (konsolidace DB, vizualizace infrastruktury na úrovni serverů, síťových prvků, ...). integrační architektury (odhad zatížení datových toků, návrh optimalizačních opatření). U vybraných významných komponent analýza datových modelů a jejich reengineering. Jako IT analytik pracoval především na projektech v oblasti pojišťovnictví. Mezi jeho hlavní analytické úkoly patřily - analýza požadavků a jejich různých dopadů na aplikace, koordinace a prioritizace požadavků, podpora a provádění release testů před nasazením, následná koordinace a kontrola všech procesů. Při své práci aktivně využíval agilní metodiky, zejména Scrum. Je schopen bez problémů komunikovat v angličtině. Pracoval také jako Team Leader, který vedl 13členný tým a také 5členný virtuální tým.
