Kandidát je zkušený designér UX/UI se čtyřletou praxí (od vzniku UX/UI). Dělal webdesign a Sketch: mobilní design. Hovoří komunikativně anglicky a přednášel na univerzitách v USA. V oblasti designu se pohybuje více než 20 let. Pracoval na projektu založeném na Scrumu, ale více mu vyhovoval Kanban, se kterým má také zkušenosti.
