Scrum Master

Kandidát pracuje jako Scrum master 1 rok, celková zkušenost se Scrumem 3 roky, vyzkoušel všechny pozice. Umí motivovat kolegy, zajistit, aby tým splnil všechny stanovené výstupy. Poslední půlrok má také zkušenosti s Kanbanem. Mezi své silné stránky by zařadil komunikativnost a vorkoholizmus. Angličtinu ovládá na úrovni C1/B2. Je otevřený všem příležitostem, vzhledem k tomu, že současné složení týmu je mezinárodní, nemá problém ani s projekty z této sféry, takže by uvítal změnu z telekomunikací na finanční sektor.
